This includes, but is not limited to, checks or disruptions in the national or regional air or ground transportation system (e.g., weather-related issues), interference or instability in the communication system, government actions, changes in postal administration policies, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rains, intense fog, and other similar events.

  5. Violation of Transport Regulations: Shipments may be seized or eliminated due to a violation of transport regulations.
  6. Weekends, Holidays, and Festivals: Please be aware that deliveries cannot be made to the recipient’s address during weekends, holidays, and festivals.
  7. Inaccessible Recipient Address: If the recipient’s address is a school, office, or residential community where the courier service does not have access, mail and parcels may not be deliverable.
